This is my first blog post in a good few months, and I apologise for my tardiness! I like to be on hand with information about massage, lifestyle, stretching and anything else which is relevant to being healthy in mind and body.
I have recently moved house, which is involving some cosmetic revamping, and had some incredibly busy months with work. As I tend to do I through myself in with all I had, and although this left me with a lovely shiny house, and lots of happy relaxed clients, this left me...somewhat exhausted!
So I have needed to take a little time just to slow down a little, and let my body and mind get some rest, a little more sleep, a little more yoga, a little less running, some good food and trying not to fill every part of my day with doing something productive.
Sometimes it's ok to just sit down and read a book, watch a film or just go for a lazy stroll. Or maybe even get a massage.
And that is my main aim for this blog post, just to share that with you. Our lives can get so hectic, a lot of us have busy jobs, family commitments, social lives. We can struggle to fit it all in, and although we may enjoy the rush, we aren't really taking time to actually rest properly!
So please, take care of yourselves, take time to be in the moment and don't be in a rush to get through life, take a minute to stop sometimes your body and mind will thank you for it.
